There are many things you will find to do in Nepal that your friends and family just won't believe when you get home! The things listed below are some of the favorites but you will find lots of other fun and rewarding activities in Nepal to suit everyone's interests.

Trekking in Nepal is simply spectacular. There are several options for you if you want to trek in Nepal. You can hire a porter to carry your pack, stay in lodges along the way or you can choose to rough it and sleep in the great outdoors. Trekking can be physically demanding but spending time on Mount Everest or Annapurna is guranteed to be an amazing experience.

This is a must do while you are in Nepal! During this exciting trip you can stay at a lodge inside or just outside of the park. Go on exciting walks through the jungle, 4WD safari's, take a canoe trip along the Rapti or Narayani Rivers or ride an elephant through the jungle and see some amazing wildlife including Monkeys, Rhino's and Tiger's! This is a trip you will never forget!

Nagarkot is a small resort village about 30km from Kathmandu. This is an ideal place to spend a nice relaxing day. There isn't a lot to do in Nagarkot but there is an absolutely phenomenal view of the himalaya. If you get up early enough you will have the chance to see a spectacular sunrise! You can either take a bus or taxi to Nagarkot or if your in the mood you can hike to and/or from Nagarkot.

There are a number of diffrent places you can go rafting and kayaking. You can hire a guide to take you out for short day trips or longer trips where you will camp out at night. There are trips for people who have no experience at all but want to give it a shot or for more experienced people who are ready for a real white water challenge! These expeditions are a lot of fun and a great way to see some of Nepal's natural beauty up close.
